Exchange and Return Policy

Because our items are sleepwear, we only offer refunds for confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 5 days of delivery (based on the courier’s “Delivered” status).

To be eligible for a refund:
•⁠  ⁠The item must be unworn (a brief try-on over undergarments is fine)
•⁠  ⁠Unwashed and unaltered
•⁠  ⁠Free of scents or stains
•⁠  ⁠Original tags must be attached
To file a claim, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the defect (including the tag/label). If approved, we will provide return instructions and issue a refund after inspection.

Refunds are not available for fit or personal preference, items showing signs of wear or washing, or requests made after the 5-day window
